TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL
ARTICLE 1 : USE OF THE CAR
Cars are delivered at and collected from our offices
ARTICLE 2 : CONDITION OF THE CAR
The car is delivered in good running order and in clean condition. The vehicle shall be returned in the same condition of neatness, otherwise the renter shall have to pay the cleaning and overhauling cost. The car is delivered with five (5) tires in good condition and without cut. In case of puncture or damaged for a reason other than normal wear and tear, the renter agrees to repair it by the same size and of similar wear
ARTICLE 3: USE OF THE CAR
Under penalty of cancellation of the insurance policy, the renter binds himself not to allow the car to be driven by any other person than himself or those approved by Zub Express Car Rental Ltd (Follow Me Car Rental)
ARTICLE 4 : GASOLINE AND OIL
The renter must regularly check the oil and water levels in case of a long-term rental. In the case of a short-term rental, Zub Express Car Rental Ltd (Follow Me Car Rental) shall be entertaining this operation.
ARTICLE 5 : MAINTENACE AND REPAIRS
Normal wear and tear are Zub Express Car Rental Ltd (Follow Me Car Rental) responsibility. Any repair arising from abnormal wear and tear, or due to lack of care by the renter shall be chargeable to him and carried out by Zub Express Car Rental Ltd (Follow Me Car Rental). The renter has no right to repair the car by its own. All repairs must be done by Zub Express Car Rental Ltd (Follow Me Car Rental)
ARTICLE 6: HIRING, DEPOSIT, PROLONGATION
The rental fees as well as the deposit amount are payable in advance. In no case the deposit shall be used for a prolongation of hiring. Both deposit and wash should be payable in advance.
ARTICLE 7: REPATRIATION OF THE CAR
The renter must get in touch with Zub Express Car Rental Ltd (Follow Me Car Rental) in case of breakdown or accident in any case the renter has no right to repair the vehicle in garage or by himself and prohibits himself from abandoning the vehicle
ARTICLE 8: RESPONSIBILITY
The renter remains solely liable for fines, contraventions, and other proceedings against him
ARTICLE 9: CYCLONE
Upon the issue of Cyclone warning Class 3, the vehicle shall not circulate, otherwise the rental shall be responsible for any damages
ARTICLE 10: ZUB EXPRESS CAR RENTAL LTD (FOLLOW ME CAR RENTAL)
Zub Express Car Rental Ltd (Follow Me Car Rental) reserves the right to check and verify the car at anytime and anywhere
ARTICLE 11: DEPOSIT
A refundable deposit in Rupees (or equivalent in Euros/US Dollars/Pounds) and a deposit for the car wash will be taken upon delivery of the car. This deposit is refundable at the end of the rental provided the petrol tank is same, the car is neat and clean, and no damage caused to the vehicle
